Charlie Ross is currently an Associate at Enceladus Partners, a private-markets-focused family office that primarily provides equity capital to small and mid-sized family-, founder-, and management-owned businesses. Prior to joining Enceladus Partners, Charlie was an Associate at Delancey Street Partners, a middle-market investment bank based in the Greater Philadelphia region, where he focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in the Industrial and Industrial Technology sectors. Before joining Delancey, Charlie was an Asset & Wealth Management Co-Op at Goldman Sachs, where he helped manage portfolios of public equities, fixed income securities, and alternative investments for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions. Before Goldman Sachs, he was a Finance Co-Op at Lockheed Martin, where he supported several U.S. Navy programs. Charlie graduated from Drexel University in 2023 with a BSBA in Finance.
