Colleen Scoles has been a Talent Acquisition Manager with the Philadelphia Eagles for the past 8 years. Colleen identifies talent and manages recruitment activities for the front office which includes the management of a candidate database, sourcing, screening, interviewing and partnering with hiring managers. Colleen started her career working in executive search and eventually made the transition to corporate recruiting and employee relations in-house within the fitness industry before joining the Philadelphia Eagles. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from West Chester University.
