Corina Lam

Corina Lam brings extensive experience in leadership across corporate and entrepreneurial domains. She is the Global Leader of Technology Partnerships & Analysts at Marsh and the Founder and CEO of Lumière, a company specializing in female empowerment coaching. Corina Lam’s deep passion for problem-solving, innovation, and swift execution shines through in her ability to create new channels and drive growth in corporate and academic settings. She firmly believes in the power of bringing together diverse groups to accelerate opportunities and achieve common goals.

Previously, she was the Global Vice President of Partnerships & Channels at Workhuman and Head of Global Strategic Alliances at SAP SuccessFactors. She was also the Chief of Staff for the Global Partner Operations organization at SAP, where she created the vision and strategy for more than 18,000 SAP global partners. She has served in other executive-level roles, leading the board-sponsored initiatives for the CEO. Corina is also a board member on the Drexel President’s Leadership Council, Close School of Entrepreneurship, and the President & Co-Founder of the Drexel Alumni Asian & Pacific Islander Alumni Network. Previously, she was also a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Board of Governors at Drexel University. With a huge passion for giving back to her alma mater, she focuses on helping Drexel University build an alumni community of over 180,000 people and help current students engage with alumni to help advise their career and personal path for a brighter and stronger future.
