Courtney Elfand '09

Courtney Elfand ’09, is owner and design principal of Courtney Elfand Interiors a boutique design firm specializing in hospitality and amenity driven spaces. She has worked as an interior designer for over a decade completing successful hotel, restaurant, corporate office, multi-family and luxury residential interiors spanning the East Coast. Elfand has highly effective leadership skills and proven success in project management. She believes that collaboration is imperative to the design process and is committed to forming strong partnerships with the teams she works with. Elfand approaches each project with its own unique filter to create spaces that have their own persona character. Her expertise in material and color selections, space planning, FF+E specifications and inclusion of custom design elements allow her to tell a story through design. Elfand teaches design courses at Drexel as an adjunct professor and serves as a juror on student design critiques.
