Deanna Ballinger

Deanna Ballinger, RPA, FMA has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a JLL Group Manager/SVP, Deanna Ballinger oversees the management teams for multiple local client assignments. She also provides support for new business efforts in the Philadelphia Region and transition support for new management assignments. In addition, Deanna is the Account Manager for the University of Pennsylvania account, a multi-property commercial account with 1.2 million square feet and 150 tenants.

Her previous responsibilities with JLL included managing various office properties including center city high rise properties and suburban office assignments as well as industrial portfolios. She started at JLL as a Portfolio Director delivering facility and portfolio management services to Unisys Corporation for a large portfolio of properties, totaling 5 million s.f. located throughout the United States. Prior to her association with JLL, Deanna was the Alliance Director/Corporate Relationship Manager with Trammell Crow Company/CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services, Inc. for the client account with GMAC Mortgage. In this position, Deanna was responsible for the oversight of the financial and operational aspects of 17 locations nationally and had lease administration oversight of 600 locations comprised of 2.4 million s.f. with an annual rental obligation of $60 million. Prior to this role, while still with TCC/CBRE, Deanna was the Vice President of Property Manager for the Philadelphia region. In this role, Deanna was responsible for the direction and leadership of the Property Management staff, profitability of the department, and business development. The Philadelphia portfolio consisted of 35 buildings and 5.5 million s.f. of space comprised of both office and industrial accounts. Prior to joining TCC/CBRE, Deanna was with Grubb & Ellis Management Services and Delancey Realty Services in various property management roles which included office, industrial, retail and residential assignments.

Deanna holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facility Management Administrator (FMA) designation from Building Owners and Management Institution as well as a Real Estate Salesperson license for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Deanna is currently Vice-Chair for the Drexel University Real Estate Management Advisory Board. Deanna is the past Chairperson of the Executive Committee for BOMA Philadelphia and is an active member of several committees including co-chair responsibilities. She holds three Associate degrees from Camden County College.
