Eric has more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience in the healthcare, technology, pharmaceutical, food service and the consumer-packaged-goods industries. His efforts have focused on operational improvement, large-scale transformation, strategy development, cost optimization and revenue growth across industries and geographies. He is known for his pragmatic approach, hands-on leadership style, and delivering sustainable results in very complex situations.
He has worked extensively with private equity firms across all stages of the investment cycle and formally co-led the firm’s Private Equity Practice in North America. He was also the global leader of the firm’s Healthcare and Life Science Practice. Prior to AlixPartners, he held roles at Campbell Soup, A.T. Kearney, and Merck. He holds a B.S. from Drexel University where he was a Presidential Scholar and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He serves as guest lecturer on a range of topics at Darden and other top universities. He currently lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia and enjoys golf, biking, running, and many other recreational activities.
