Practice Manager

Ewa Korczyc is the Practice Manager of the World Bank’s Debt Sustainability and Debt Management Unit, where she leads a team of economists and debt specialists on debt policy, sustainability, and management.
She previously served as Lead Economist in the Equitable Growth, Finance, and Institutions (EFI) Vice Presidency and as Special Assistant to the President of the World Bank Group. Earlier in her career, she held country economist roles in the Macroeconomics, Trade, and Investment Global Practice, working with countries across Europe and Latin America.
Her expertise spans macro-fiscal policy, debt sustainability, and economic growth.
