Ewa Witkowska is the vice president of insights and analytics for PepsiCo’s global capability team. In her role, she is focused on stepping up insights capabilities globally – a responsibility that requires strong change management skills for introducing new principles. Witkowska joined PepsiCo in 2000 as insights manager for snacks and has held multiple roles within the organization in emerging and developed markets across snacks, beverage and dairy categories. Her PepsiCo career has spanned several locations around the world, including Poland, Spain, Russia and New York.
