Ezekiel Cannon is currently an Assistant Financial Analyst for the Division of Recreation & Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Pennsylvania.

A native of Cleveland, OH, he moved to Detroit, MI for high school where he graduated from Ferndale High School in 2014. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Analytics and Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in 2019. Ezekiel participated in the co-op program and had opportunities at the Philadelphia Water Department, Drexel University, and A & A Limited in Hong Kong. He also completed several internships, including Frontier Promotions as a corporate trainer and Athena Global Advisors as a data science intern. Mr. Cannon also supported Drexel Men’s Basketball team as an Assistant Manager for a few seasons.

During his time at Drexel University, Ezekiel was a member of the school’s Bringing Hope Home chapter, Drexel Black Student Union, Drexel NAACP, and Drexel Black Action Committee. Ezekiel is an alumnus of the LeBow BRIDGE program and a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., joining by way of the Psi Chapter at Drexel University. He is currently a member of the Rho chapter, an alumni chapter in the Philadelphia area. He has served as Assistant Director of Collee Brother Affairs and Assistant Parliamentarian for the Eastern Region of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and as the treasurer and President of the Psi chapter. Ezekiel is an alumnus of the DiverseForce on Boards program at the University of Pennsylvania and is a former Gateway Scholar of the Gateway to Leadership Foundation.

Ezekiel volunteers as a Minds Matter mentor and serves on a few nonprofit boards, including Drexel University LeBow BRIDGE Alumni Group, Hope for Hope, Inc., The Tennessee Program, and The Business Center for Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprise where he currently serves as treasurer of the board.

Ezekiel loves recreational activities such as biking, boxing, reading, swimming, and playing video games. He currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
