Glenn Booraem is a principal at Vanguard and currently leads its Investment Stewardship Research & Policy efforts, having previously led Vanguard’s investment stewardship program for nearly 20 years. Since joining Vanguard in 1989, he has also served in leadership roles within the company’s Finance Division, including as the controller and treasurer for each of the Vanguard funds. Booraem is widely recognized in the industry for his deep corporate governance expertise and experience. He served as the industry chair of the Raj & Kamla Gupta Governance Institute at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business for four years is now serving on the Advisory Board.
Booraem earned a B.B.A. from Temple University and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
