Jane Scaccetti is an experienced corporate board director, SEC-designated financial expert, and former CEO with more than 35 years of leadership in public accounting, governance, and strategic advisory work. She co-founded and led Drucker & Scaccetti, Philadelphia’s premier tax advisory firm, before its 2022 merger with Armanino LLP. Today, she serves as an Ambassador for Armanino, leveraging her governance expertise, financial acumen, and deep Philadelphia relationships to support corporate boards and executive teams.
Jane chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Compliance Committee of Penn Entertainment’s board and has governed through CEO transitions, M&A, and activist investor engagements for multiple public companies. Her nonprofit board roles include Temple University, Temple University Health System, The Philadelphia Foundation, The Women’s Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (WNLI), and the Gupta Governance Institute at Drexel University. She is a passionate advocate for increasing women’s representation on corporate and nonprofit boards and advancing research-based governance practices. Throughout her career, Jane has championed women in leadership, ensuring that women hold prominent, decision-making roles in the firms she has led and the boards on which she serves.
Beyond governance, Jane has a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to transform research into rare genetic disorders, informed by her personal connection to this cause. She holds a Master’s in Taxation from Villanova University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
A lifelong Philadelphian, Jane values her close-knit family and circle of friends. She enjoys time at the Jersey shore, helping with her special needs granddaughter, and the vibrancy of city life.
