Jeff Coursen is an experienced operating executive, board member and strategic advisor with a career spanning private equity, growth-stage enterprises and complex business transformations. Jeff has led organizations through value-creating M&A, financial restructurings and successful exits that delivered strong outcomes. Most recently, Jeff was CEO of Evolve IP, a global communications and technology platform backed by Great Hill Partners, guiding it through operational/ financial challenges and a successful sale. Previously, he was Managing Partner of GPX Enterprises, overseeing a diversified investment portfolio and achieving multiple successful exits. Earlier, Jeff served as Senior Officer, EVP and COO of ATX Communications, a Leucadia National Corporation portfolio company, where he led a major restructuring and delivered substantial returns. Jeff holds an Executive MBA from Drexel University, a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is also a graduate of the Georgetown University Professional Development Program and completed executive education at the Wharton Aresty Institute.
