Jerry Mujica joined Pfizer in 2000 as Commodity Manager for Global Procurement. In 2002 he became the Director of Global Procurement for Vaccines in Collegeville.
In 2004, Jerry moved to Puerto Rico to lead the Primary Processing Unit for Oral Contraceptives and Women’s Healthcare at the Guayama Pharma Site. He later was named Operations Site Senior Leader in Guayama Pharma responsible for managing all manufacturing areas at the Site.
Jerry returned to Collegeville in 2008 to work in Pharmaceutical External Supply as Head of Operations. From 2008 thru 2018, Jerry held various positions of increased responsibility in Global External Supply (GES). His experiences in GES include implementation of the combined Wyeth/Pfizer Virtual Site operating model, leading strategy and technical operations, streamlining supply chain activities by establishing regional GES hubs, and managing the Innovative Health Business Unit third party manufacturing network.
In 2019, Jerry became the VP of Customer Support and Logistics for the America’s Region. He was accountable globally for Controlled Substances, and in the America’s Region for demand planning, in-market logistic operations, and AMP Hubs operations.
Jerry is currently the VP of Network Production Planning. In this role, Jerry manages all the planning teams that work with the internal Sites and contract manufacturers to execute the production schedules.
Prior to joining Pfizer Jerry worked for General Electric and Abbott Laboratories in Engineering, Systems, Operations and Supply Chain at various manufacturing sites.
Jerry graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a M.S. in Manufacturing Systems.
