Jewell Parkinson

Jewell Parkinson provides HR leadership for SAP Global Customer Operations, and heads the regional HR Business Partner organization across North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific Japan. In this trusted advisor role, she provides consultation on the design, delivery and adoption of solutions that ensure SAP’s people strategy and consumer experiences yield a sustainable business impact to meet the needs of more than 45,000 employees.

Jewell joined SAP in 1997, and has spent most her tenure as an HR Business Partner consulting across multiple functional areas regionally and globally. Jewell has provided leadership on various strategic priorities in the areas of global workforce strategic planning, organizational design, development, insights, productivity and transformation management.

Prior to joining SAP, Jewell served as an organizational development consultant at ARCO Chemical Company.

Jewell earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in Millersville, Pennsylvania, and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Jewell serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Southeastern Pennsylvania, an education non-profit and enjoys reading, traveling with family, playing golf and supporting organizations and causes committed to improve people’s lives.
