Beezley Management
Jonathan Levy is the Owner of Beezley Management and Beezley Energy Advisors, two firms that specialize in providing project management and owners representation services for development and construction projects globally, including but not limited to, public assembly facilities (arenas, stadiums, athletic training facilities, etc.) and retail/hospitality facilities of all types.
Prior to starting Beezley Management and Beezley Energy Advisors, Jonathan spent several years with construction and development firms managing both their in-house capital programs and servicing their outside consulting clientele. Some of his notable sports projects have included the Los Angeles Clippers Training Complex, the Golden State Warriors’ Oracle Arena, the Los Angeles Coliseum and Sports Arena, the University of California’s Haas Pavilion at Berkeley, and the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum (O.Co Stadium).
Jonathan began his sports facility career with Spectacor Management, SMG Consulting and SMG in the late 1980’s both during and after earning his Business Administration degree from Drexel University. In fact, his first Co-Op assignment as a Drexel Student was with SMG Consulting providing research support for facility development feasibility studies on client projects nationwide. Jonathan thereafter earned a Juris Doctor degree while attending Delaware Law School at Widener University, and was admitted to the PA and NJ Bars.
Jonathan relocated from his home town of Philadelphia to Los Angeles, California in the mid-1990’s and by 2001 had started his own firm. Jonathan has served as a member of several University advisory boards including the Construction Management Programs at California State University – Northridge, Westwood/Alta Colleges – Los Angeles, and the University of California at Berkeley Graduate Extension Program. In addition, Jonathan has served as an advisory board member to industry corporate firms including ANC Sports, Tribal Project Advisors and Celeritas.
