Joseph “Joe” Anastasio is a Drexel LeBow alumnus who has built a multifaceted career in banking and markets over the past two decades. As a Managing Director at Citi, Anastasio has led North American High-Touch Sales Trading since 2024.
Prior to Citi, Anastasio spent more than 16 years at Goldman Sachs in roles ranging from Managing Director within U.S. High Touch Sales Trading (2021-2024), Managing Director within U.S. Equities Sales & Trading—Hedge Funds (2019-2021), Vice President within the Multi Asset Platform (2014-2019), and Vice President in Sales & Trading (2008-2014).
At Drexel, Anastasio earned a BS in Finance and was a founder of the Drexel Finance Association, a member of the D1 wrestling team and a member of the Student Athlete Board.
