Kelly Monahan

Kelly Monahan Dr. Kelly Monahan is a subject matter specialist at Deloitte’s Center for Integrated Research. She focuses on cross-industry themes and trends, specifically behavioral economics and leadership implications within organizations. She works with other thought leaders on understanding how these behavioral insights impact leadership decision-making.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Kelly was an HR Business Partner supporting the CFO of Hartford Funds, where she conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to assist senior business leaders in making informed talent decisions. Within this role she led organizational and leadership development across all levels of the firm, while also overseeing change management and talent acquisition initiatives.

Kelly holds a PhD in organizational leadership with an emphasis in human resource development from Regent University, an MS in strategic leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and a B.S. in business from Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides outside of Philadelphia.
