Q: What are other organizations you are involved in? Please share any leadership roles that you have.
A: Communications Coordinator, Business Learning Community Event Planner, Global China Connections Member, American Marketing Association Member, Drexel Finance & Investment Group Member, Ascend Member, National Association of Asian American Professionals
Q: What motivated you to apply to the Chapel Leadership Program?
A: The Chapel Leadership Program has allowed me to make the most out of my first year at LeBow. Given our virtual environment and limitations, many first-year students, like myself, began Drexel with an unexpected college experience. With the opportunities promoted by the Chapel Leadership Program, I will be able to not only get involved, but also hone key skills required for a successful academic and professional career. In November, I was a second-place finalist in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion case competition. This was something completely new and exciting for me as a first-year student learning in an online setting.
Q: What do you hope to learn or what experiences do you hope to gain by participating in the Chapel Leadership Program?
A: Through the Chapel Leadership Program, I aspire to become a positive role model for others. As I continue my participation in more opportunities, I hope to learn new things along the way and share my experiences with my peers. I would like to inspire others to get involved and take advantage of the many wonderful opportunities at LeBow that the Chapel Leadership Program promotes.
Q: Why is being a Chapel Fellow meaningful to you?
A: The Chapel Leadership Program is a embraces professional development, determination and learning experiences. With Drexel’s amazing experiential learning initiatives, such as the co-operative education program, I aspire to gain knowledge and skills to better my professional and academic career both inside and outside the classroom. Through the many opportunities promoted by the Chapel Leadership Program, I would be able to engage in new experiences and further my knowledge. I know that while many first-year students, like myself, have lost many memorable experiences due to the pandemic, I still have access to these amazing opportunities and have the chance to excel in college.
