Kimberly Hager

Kimberly Hager, current Value Chain Management Business Process and Analytics Lead, graduated with a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University in 2005. She has been with Merck for 15 years. She started with Merck at West Point, PA in technical operations supporting live virus vaccine manufacturing. She then spent a year in Merck’s Research Project Management Operations Team and has been in Supply Chain Management for the last 8 years. She has worked on long term capacity planning enabling supply siting decisions for new products and strategic supply chain changes, as well as, global lead time analytics to enable increased customer service and lead time reduction across the global Merck network. Most recently, for the last 3 years, Kim has led the Value Chain Management Analytics Team enabling end-to-end product focused KPIs and key prioritization metrics to enable the right resources working on the right priorities at the right time. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS certified, and Core Inclusion Change Partner. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active as a fitness instructor and chasing after her two boys, Ethan (11) and Evan (7).
