Kimberly Taylor is the Chief Legal and Operating Officer at JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide. Ms. Taylor oversees JAMS operations in the United States and abroad, including 25 centers in the United States and its international headquarters in London. She also works with JAMS General Counsel to manage the overall risk of the company, advising management and the Board with respect to transactions, negotiations and other legal matters. Among other responsibilities, Ms. Taylor has created specialized ADR programs for businesses and government agencies, started new business units within the organization, led JAMS entry into new geographical markets, and participated in the launch of its international expansion efforts.
