Mark Santerian is a seasoned executive with more than a decade of leadership experience spanning sales, marketing, and organizational transformation. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales for a leading enterprise technology company, where he is responsible for guiding high-performing teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and cultivating partnerships with executive stakeholders across industries. His leadership has generated significant new business opportunities, established trusted customer relationships, and supported global business transformation efforts.
Mark’s career began at Drexel University, where he started as a co-op intern and quickly advanced through early roles in marketing and sales. Over the years, he has led major client engagements, built teams from the ground up, and served as a change agent in global initiatives focused on growth, customer success, and partner enablement. His international business experience includes work in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Central America, Japan, and China, providing him with a unique global perspective on organizational growth and cultural dynamics.
His early Co Op experiences in marketing and enablement helped shape his passion for customer engagement and digital innovation, which continues to inform his leadership style today. Throughout his career, Mark has developed expertise across a wide range of industries, including Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Gaming & Entertainment, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Financial Services. He has been recognized for his ability to align strategy with execution, mentor emerging leaders, and foster collaborative cultures that deliver meaningful results.
Mark earned his degree from Drexel University and remains deeply connected to the university community. As a member of the Marketing Advisory Board, he is committed to supporting mentorship, career development, and academic-industry collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, basketball, and—most importantly—time with family and friends.
