His work spans strategic planning, business process reengineering, financial modeling, performance improvement, governance assessment, and digital transformation. Over his career, Matt has served more than 150 nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive mission-aligned outcomes. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing insights alongside sector leaders on topics ranging from advocacy to innovation. Matt holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Haverford College.
