Miles H. Orth is a principal with Campus Apartments and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Campus Apartments, Inc. Orth is responsible for the company’s overall business operations and strategic initiatives including the day-to-day operational management of the company’s real estate assets, which includes an extensive portfolio of purpose-built student housing, conventional multi-family properties, and mixed-use developments. Orth serves on the Company’s Executive Committee as well as its’ Investment Committee. Prior to joining Campus Apartments, Orth served as the Executive Vice President of GMH Communities Trust, a publicly-traded company listed on the NYSE, where he was responsible for the company’s student housing group, College Park Communities.
