Monica Blake currently leads digital content strategy and social media marketing (paid and organic) at off-price national retailer Burlington Stores, Inc. She joined the company in September 2019 to head up the rapidly growing social media department and help grow the company into an enterprise social center of excellence (SCOE) model focusing on industry leading technology, community management, partnership/influencer marketing and overall content development using A.I insights to create relevant content that cuts through the clutter.

Prior to Burlington Stores, Monica has held social and digital management positions in other Fortune 500 companies as Senior Manager, Social Brand Marketing at Comcast (Xfinity brand), Digital Marketing Manager at Hilton (Luxury & Lifestyle brands) and has worked on the agency side at Wunderman (Clients: Audi of America and Pfizer) and at start-up Nexvel Solutions. Monica has industry experience in retail, telecom, entertainment, hospitality/travel, automotive, pharmaceutical/healthcare and small business and holds an Executive MBA from Drexel University.
