Nicole is a management professional with over a decade of experience in retail leadership and the industry. She has led teams for diverse brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Theory, Shinola, Monnalisa, and Sole Provisions. Nicole’s intense knowledge of retail operations, customer service, visual merchandising, and sales analysis has allowed her to excel in the retail field. Nicole graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion design and later attended Alvernia University, earning an MBA in economic leadership. Nicole brings her industry experience into the classroom teaching courses for Drexel’s MS Retail & Merchandising program as well as the BS Design & Merchandising program.
