Nicole is an Associate at MissionOG, a venture capital firm headquartered in Philadelphia. Nicole is responsible for tracking fund and portfolio company performance, assisting with investment due diligence, and sourcing new potential investments. She performs detailed due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, return analysis, and risk assessment. She also manages the firm’s weekly investment review process through collaboration with portfolio companies and partners. Prior to MissionOG, Nicole was an investment banking associate with Delancey Street Partners, focused on M&A transactions for tech and tech-enabled business services companies. She began her career at a start-up in the Philadelphia area. Nicole graduated from Drexel University in 2022 with a BSBA in Finance.
