Paul Carr is the Vice President of Culinary, Global Supply Chain for Aramark. In Paul’s current role he serves as the conduit between the culinary, sourcing, distribution, and quality assurance teams with a focus on culinary innovation, product efficiency, and food safety. Paul holds two culinary degrees from Le Cordon Bleu and the Culinary Institute of America and was named Chef Innovator of the Year by Nations Restaurant News in 2008 and is constantly focused on finding innovative solution. Paul currently resides in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and when not at work enjoys traveling to learn culture and cuisine.
