Ritika began her journey at DAV University, Indore, studying commerce and accounting, which ignited her passion for the field. With years of experience in auditing and accounting, she has witnessed the power of diverse teams in problem-solving and innovation. Currently, Ritika is pursuing her Master of Accounting at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, exploring the impact of education in shaping inclusive mindsets and contributing to journals on diversity and inclusion.
Aside from my academic and professional pursuits, Ritika has judged international events at India’s top 10 business schools, reinforcing her belief in the value of diverse perspectives. She is also a public speaker, emphasizing the importance of effective communication in connecting hearts and minds and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
