Rob has 25 years of leadership experience in the Life Sciences and Executive Search Consulting industries. Throughout his career, he has built relationships and conducted executive searches with a diverse client base, including leading multi-national, small and mid-size public and private companies. Prior to BeechTree Partners, Rob had been VP for a global Life Sciences executive search firm, where he was a Chairman’s Award recipient.

Rob possesses a deep familiarity with major international markets and has successfully completed search assignments for key Executive, Management, Commercial, Scientific and Administrative leadership positions, working in over 25 countries throughout Europe, North America and Asia. He has lived in the USA, the UK and on the Continent of Europe and possesses dual citizenship in both the USA and UK.

With prior industry experience at Merck & Co., Baxter International and small, venture capital-backed medical companies, Rob combines unique international business perspective and insight with demonstrated assessment and motivational skills that bring sustainable leadership talent to his clients around the world.

A recognized authority in global talent acquisition and development, as well as, in the dynamics of Life Sciences, Rob is a frequent conference speaker and guest lecturer, internationally.

Rob earned both his B.S. C&E and MBA degrees from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He is a member of various national and international honor societies. Rob has also completed executive programs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and at Harvard University. He has completed the Board Director Masterclass at Ashridge Business School in the United Kingdom.

In May of 2014, Rob successfully completed the Certificate in Director Education Program at Drexel University’s Center for Corporate Governance. In 2016, Rob became a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Center.

In 2013, Rob was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Brigidine School Windsor (BSW), in Berkshire, England. He currently serves as a member of the MBA/MS Career Services Advisory Council at Drexel University. Rob has been a judge for the Business Plan Competition of the Laurence A. Baiada Institute for Entrepreneurship at Drexel. He is a member of The European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB), whose main objective is to advance the understanding of entrepreneurship and to improve the competitiveness of SMEs in Europe. Rob was a founding member of the External Advisory Board of the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship at Drexel University, the first freestanding school of entrepreneurship in the United States.

Rob previously served as an Elected Director of the Drexel University Alumni Association Board of Governors, where he was a member of the Global Outreach, Grants, Honors & Awards and Scholarship Committees. He was Chairman of the By-laws Committee and served as an Executive Committee Officer and Treasurer for the Drexel University Alumni Association Board.

In 2016, Rob became an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University.

In 2017, Rob was elected as a Charity Trustee for Christ Church Henley. He was elected as Treasurer in 2018.

In 2019, Rob joined the board of directors of the Bluebells Day Center.
