Robin Flagler

Robin Flagler is President of AION Management and oversees all operations of over 17,000 apartments across 61 properties throughout six states with a focus of bringing value to AION’s investors and partners. Robin has over thirty years of experience in asset repositioning and development projects with third party management companies, REIT’s, and owner/managed companies. Previously, Robin was Vice President of Operations at Kettler Management, where she oversaw a portfolio of 42 properties in the mid-Atlantic region.

Robin serves on the Board of Directors for PAA, NJAA and NAAEI. She is a NAAEI Faculty Member for the National Apartment Association where she, not only, assists in development of designation curriculums but also teaches many students annually on obtaining their designations. She is a 2016 NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate and serves on the Drexel Real Estate Management and Development Advisory Board. Robin holds both CAPS and CPM designations and has positioned AION Management to be an AMO (IREM Accredited Management Organization) Company.
