As a member of the bank’s executive leadership team, Ron oversees retail banking sales and operations. Ron brings more than 25 years of extensive banking experience, supporting branch networks throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southern markets. He has held a variety of senior leadership roles, including Retail Operations Manager, where he managed operations for more than 200 branches across the Mid-Atlantic region, and Regional Sales Manager overseeing retail banking offices in Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia.
Ron earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ron holds Series 6, 63, and 66 licenses and is a Certified Omega Facilitator. He also completed the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
As a community banker, Ron places a strong emphasis on community involvement. He currently serves as Chairman of the Scholarship Committee for the Rotary Club of Frederick, Maryland. His previous community service includes serving on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore, as well as participating in its programs for more than 30 years. Ron resides in Frederick County, Maryland, with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.
