Roz began working for DS as an undergraduate intern and quickly advanced in her career. In January 2009, Roz became the youngest shareholder ever at DS. She provides business, tax and financial consulting services to the LGBT community, professional athletes, artists and entertainers, large corporations and partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and closely held businesses. Roz often works with successful young business professionals in varying industries.

Roz is well known as the Greater Philadelphia-area expert on tax and financial planning issues for unmarried couples and the LGBT community. She makes regular presentations to both members and advisors of the LGBT community. She has appeared on several radio programs and has been published in various print media. She finds great pride in being an ally, advocate and resource to the LGBT community and is an outspoken supporter of civil rights.

Roz is a maxima cum laude honors graduate of LaSalle University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management information systems. She also holds a Master of Taxation degree from the Villanova Law School Graduate Tax Program. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In 2016, Roz was recognized by LaSalle University’s Accounting Department as the one of the youngest recipients of their prestigious Michael A. DeAngelis award. This honor underscores her leadership and contributions to the accounting profession as an alumna. Roz is very active in her community with various volunteer efforts. She serves on the Finance Committee of Catholic Social Services and the Board of Directors and Finance Committee of Nutritional Development Services, two charitable organizations within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Independence Business Alliance, Greater Philadelphia’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce.

Roz can often be found on the campus of LaSalle University as a volunteer alumna where she is a member of the President’s Advisory Council, a regular participant in School of Business Administration events and a participant in on-campus student recruiting efforts for DS. She is also a participant in her parish’s liturgical ministry, where she lectors, and has been a top fundraiser and regular volunteer with various charities supporting fellowship, advocacy and research benefiting Type 1 Diabetics.

Roz is a native of Philadelphia and resides in Center City Philadelphia, with her husband, Jason. She is the youngest of eleven children and enjoys spending time with her considerably large family, which includes seventeen nieces and nephews, six great-nieces and two great-nephews. When she is not attending family functions, she enjoys traveling, reading and powerlifting.
