In 2008, Rupert founded Concentra Analytics, leading a merger of management consultants from A.T. Kearney with technology firm, Concentra. As CEO, he has steered the company to become one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK, with a rapidly expanding presence in North America and emerging in Asia Pacific.
Rupert is the pioneer behind orgvue, the leading organisational design and planning platform, which has won numerous accolades including Gartner’s ‘Cool Vendor’ in human capital management software.
