Having served as CIO/CTO of a $2B payments firm, Ryan has been an integral player in various business deals exceeding $2 billion. He currently serves as an independent consultant leading technology, strategy and merger and acquisition activities. Ryan advises organizations on digital transformation, technology strategy and data analytics challenges, including AI and LLM opportunities, especially around transition. He works with lower and middle market business leaders on planning and executing their exit strategy, as well as private equity and strategic buyers on their M&A growth strategy. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor in Organizational Behavior and Consulting at Drexel University.
Ryan has a BS, BA from Columbia Southern University and an EMBA from Drexel University. He serves on various non-profit boards, including the Drexel EMBA Alumni Association.
