Sean is an accomplished leader in the national security and federal technology sector. He is the Chief Operating Officer at Invictus International Consulting, where he oversees corporate operations, enterprise growth initiatives, and mission-critical programs supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community. Previously, he held senior roles at Leidos, Lockheed Martin, and CSC, where he led major business development efforts, guided large-scale program portfolios, and contributed to the capture of multibillion-dollar federal contracts across defense and intelligence agencies. Sean began his career as a Naval Aviation Officer and has remained active in national security and technology leadership communities throughout his career.
Sean holds an MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He is also completing the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
