Shannon Boyle was appointed Global Chief Talent Officer of Publicis Health in June, 2017, to oversee all talent functions – HR, Resource Management, and Talent Acquisition – for all PH businesses globally. Shannon first joined PH in November, 2013 as SVP of Global HR before being appointed Co-CTO of Publicis Health in November of 2015. Prior to joining PH, Shannon served as the head of HR for AstraZeneca’s North American Commercial organization and then as Global Head of Talent Development.
With 25 years of progressive HR experience in large multi-national corporations like American Express, JP Morgan Chase and Capital One Financial, Shannon has established a reputation and proven track record for building world class, cutting edge talent functions and raising the bar on professionalism and expertise of HR.
Shannon is a graduate of the University of Delaware and resides in Kennett Square, PA with her husband and two children.
