Shefali Sharma is a Drexel University alumna who earned her degree in marketing from LeBow College of Business. She went on to earn her master’s degree in strategic management from Harvard University.
Sharma began her career working with leading Fortune 500 companies, including SAP and L’Oréal, where she focused on driving brand growth and positioning at a global scale. Today, she serves as an adjunct professor at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where she teaches business and marketing courses and mentors the next generation of leaders.
In 2025, Sharma founded Protégé Advising—helping emerging leaders, next-generation talent and organizations uncover their distinct value, understand what intrinsically drives them and translate that into market demand. Her work centers on helping individuals and companies move beyond being “the better choice” to becoming the only choice.
