Shelah Wallace joined Bayview PACE, a leader in CRE financing, as SVP of Originations for Texas, the Midwest, and Northeast early 2025 after spending 4 years leading Nuveen Green Capital’s PA, NJ, and DE team. Shelah has over 20 years’ experience working in CRE finance with complex transactions including prior roles at Capitol Bank, Bancorp Bank, Fremont Inv & Loan, and PGIM Real Estate Finance. As a native to the Philadelphia region, Shelah graduated from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania with a Concentration in Real Estate.
