Sherry brings over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, business, and IT Government contracting, building accounting departments and creating documentation for SOPs and training manuals. In the latter part of her career, she focused on managing Microsoft licensing programs, advising in corporate structure and strategy, and being a vital part of M&As from due diligence to post-acquisition integration. Her doctoral research focused on M&A integration in different departments of an organization (HR/benefits, systems, accounting, marketing, sales, operations), challenging 40+ years of M&A research, filling research gaps and providing a new path for research, and solutions for business practitioners.
