Stephen Arrivello is the Managing Director with PACE Equity, representing Philadelphia. His career includes commercial and investment banking, sales management, real estate development, financing, and brokerage. His real estate experience spans more than twenty years and includes finance, development, and brokerage, with a specialty in the acquisition and assemblage of properties—particularly those with title issues.
Steve began his finance career as a commercial credit analyst with Fidelity Bank and has worked in a variety of real estate roles across several organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for a specialty real estate development company, with primary responsibility for executing the company’s growth strategy.
He is active in his community and currently serves as Executive Director of the Community Preservation Alliance, a nonprofit headquartered in Philadelphia. He also serves on the Board of Lambda Alpha International, the Honorary Society for the Advancement of Land Economics, and is a committee member of the American Cancer Society’s Bike-A-Thon. He has previously served on the Boards of the Philadelphia Community Corps and Hope Partnership for Education.
