Stephen leads business development and capital raising for a boutique asset manager specializing in niche areas within private credit, working with institutional investors and financial intermediaries. He brings more than 25 years of experience across traditional and alternative asset management.
Prior to joining Flat Rock Global, Stephen held business development and client relationship roles at FS Investments, Frontier Partners, Russell Investments and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Stephen earned a BS in Finance from Arcadia University and an MBA from Drexel University. He holds the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designation.
