Trevor Neumann leads Transformation Strategy & Delivery for Global Client Experience at BlackRock. His team drives a portfolio of people, process, and technology initiatives, including program management, business analysis, and change management.
Prior to his current role, Trevor was COO for BlackRock’s Atlanta Innovation Hub, where he led the establishment, vision, and growth of the office. He played a key role in developing the firm’s culture, building community relationships, and shaping BlackRock’s local presence.
Earlier in his career, Trevor held roles in the Office of the Deputy COO and on the EMEA COO team, supporting global business activities and leading strategic initiatives on behalf of senior leadership. He earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Economics from Drexel University.
