Tyler Peltz is currently a Senior Associate at Spring Capital Partners, a Small Business Investment Company providing subordinated debt and minority equity to small and medium sized US businesses. Prior to joining Spring Capital in 2024, Tyler was an Associate at Delancey Street Partners, a middle market investment bank based in the Greater Philadelphia region, where he assisted in sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for both family-owned and institutionally backed companies. Prior to Delancey Street Partners, he spent two years at VRC (Valuation Research Corporation), analyzing securities across the capital structure and performing valuations for various asset managers and private equity and credit funds. Tyler graduated from Drexel University in 2019 with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Accounting. Tyler is also a CFA Charterholder.
