Atlantic Subsea, Inc. (ASI) is a private company with its head office in Bridgeport, N.J. and a proven leader in providing fully integrated marine services to the defense, energy, ports and waterways markets.
Since founding ASI in 1994, Vinod O. Menezes has led the company as President and CEO, guiding its evolution from a startup to a recognized leader in its field. Known for his innovative and collaborative approach, he has built high-performing teams and a culture of accountability, innovation and client trust. Through his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, the company has broadened its market reach and achieved consistent growth driven by operational excellence and strong client engagement.
Menezes has served on advisory boards and councils at FAEE (New York), Columbia Bank, TIE Philadelphia, the Father Muller Foundation and St. Maximillian School. He earned a BA in economics from St. Aloysius College and Osamania University and a BS in marine engineering from South Tyneside College. He also completed The Wharton School’s Global CEO Program.
