Young Soo Jang is a Ph.D. candidate in finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
His research interests are corporate finance, debt markets, and entrepreneurial finance. His working papers have been presented at the Private Equity Research Consortium (UNC and Oxford), Federal Reserve Board, University of Michigan, European Finance Association, Erasmus Corporate Governance Conference, Columbia University PE Conference, Philadelphia Fed, Wharton-Harvard Insolvency and Restructuring Conference, Korea University, Wharton-Hastings Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Seminar, and featured in the Financial Times. Dr. Jang will teach Finance 405 Advanced Financial Management in the Smeal undergraduate program.
