“The tragedy of George Floyd’s death, and the recent killings of Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia and Breonna Taylor in Kentucky, are just the latest examples of our nation’s abject failure to address the root causes of inequality.” - John Fry, Drexel University President.
We are still mourning the loss of these lives and grappling with the lasting impact of racial inequality and its rippling affect across our campus. As stay-at-home orders begin to lift, as the national guard departs from major cities, and after news coverage of protests slowly disappears, what comes next? LeBow BRIDGE is hosting a panel discussion aimed at envisioning what the future looks like for Black America and the experiences of our students at a Predominantly White Institution. Join us for a panel discussion on what is to come.
Panelist will include Dean Madan, current BRIDGE students and Black alums.
We hope you are able to join us for this conversation.
