Lauren D’Innocenzo, PhD, associate professor of management at Drexel LeBow, will present strategies and best practices for leading effective teamwork projects and discussions. D’Innocenzo will include examples and tools to help manage effective teams and host an open forum discussion on relevant topics related to teamwork in the classroom.
