Classroom/Conference Room Request Training for GHall and Pearlstein

In this training, you will become familiar with Astra Scheduler and its many benefits and resources. You will learn the new procedures for requesting classroom space (for non-credit courses, events, review sessions, presentations, etc.), viewing your request status, and viewing classroom schedules and calendars. You will also receive a refresher on how to request a conference room in GHall simply by using Outlook Calendars. If you are unable to make it to this training, there will be several other training workshops offered.

Please note that the Astra Scheduler is not meant for credited course classroom requests. Classroom scheduling for regular credited courses will continue as it has been in past terms for courses. However, you should use this system for non-credit course room requests.
