Meet With Amgen: Commercial Leadership Insights Program

The Commercial Leadership Insights Program (CLIP) is a highly selective 12-week paid graduate internship within Amgen’s Commercial Data & Analytics organization. Participants work on a strategic summer project in areas such as market research, forecasting, data analytics or competitive intelligence, gaining exposure to the business side of biotechnology while collaborating with senior leaders.

Strong performers may be considered for Amgen’s three-year full-time CLIP rotational program after graduation, where associates complete three one-year rotations across CD&A, building broad commercial expertise and preparing for leadership roles in the biopharmaceutical industry.
