Drexel LeBow will host a dynamic panel featuring first-generation student alumni who are returning to share their journeys and insights with current students and incoming freshmen. The panelists, including Michael Andreini ’17, Senior Strategic Planning Consultant, Retail Solutions at Lincoln Financial and Fritz Loracle ’24 an Analyst at Deloitte, will offer advice on navigating college life, overcoming challenges and building a strong support network.

Topics will range from managing academic pressures and finding mentorship, to leveraging campus resources and staying resilient through uncertainty. Their stories highlight the importance of self-advocacy, community and persistence.

The event is designed to foster meaningful dialogue with the audience to empower students with practical strategies and a renewed sense of confidence as they embark on or continue their academic journey at Drexel.
